Private Lash Extension Mentoring
We designed our private mentoring for you if you already know the secrets of the classic and volume techniques and use them in your work, but you’ve hit a wall or feel something is still missing from your technical skills. Private mentoring is also worthwhile if you weren’t fully satisfied with your previous training, or if you’re curious about a different perspective and want to learn our technique. Mentoring is always one-on-one, so the focus is entirely on you. We talk through your challenges, look at your current application technique and habits, then go through everything you need, step by step and hands-on: from prep and eye pad placement through isolation, positioning and application, all the way to fanning. This course is tailored completely to you! If fan making is your sticking point, we practice that; if you need the theory, we teach the theory. There’s no fixed curriculum. Before the session, you can send us your work photos so we can analyze your mistakes and tailor the training to you more easily.
Our textbook for advanced lash artists is available at a discounted price at the session. We’re proud of our own textbooks — they took a lot of time and even more work to create, and they cover all the core theory our students need to know.
We provide all materials and tools; you’ll need to bring your own model. Models may attend the practical part only.
After you complete your training, we support you in your career: we stay in touch and keep helping you improve by reviewing the work photos you send us.

Prerequisites
To join, you need a certificate from a Classic or Volume course. Certificates from other academies are also accepted.

Mentoring is one-on-one, so your trainer works with you alone.

Payment
Your place is confirmed once we receive your deposit, which is 50% of the course fee. If you cancel within one week of the course, the deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is payable in person, in cash, at the course.
